Touchscreen is tough as nails and cannot be scratched even with a very sharp knife. The phone looks elegant and like it can break easily but has survived falls from 5 story drop tests and continued to work. Touchscreen vary wildly in quality and ease of use, but we’re happy to say that this one is a real charmer. Rather than scaring off die-hard BlackBerry fans by presenting them with something unfamiliar, RIM made the prudent decision of integrating the existing scrollball navigation method into a touchscreen environment. Touchscreen smartphones are certainly a big hit right now. If you consider Apple?s ever-popular iPhone, HTC?s well-received Touch lineup, and many others, touch is a high-demand feature.

Finally, about the processor. I was trying to point out the fact that the MSM7600 integrates SO MUCH into it that it might have trouble addressing and handling everything. Finally a phone that I will NOT be unhappy with. Finally, I found the Storm to have the edge on battery life. The iPhone does show smarts in conserving battery life by automatically turning off GPS when it’s not in use, a trick the Storm would do well to emulate.
