Apple iPhone

Web surfing is where the iPhone stands head and shoulders above its competition. You can easily view and surf the real web (not just pages built for mobile phones). Web pages that used to take minutes took only seconds to load via 3G.

Synchronising PIM data, no problem, but the other material has to be copied using a sync process to. With my iPod Nano, I’m used to grabbing songs and albums and dragging them, within iTunes, over to the iPod icon. Syncing with the mac was a pain, I bought a pc laptop just to do that job, then pocketsynmanager came along and could do the entourage sync via the address book. Heaven only knows why they couldn’t crack the memos sync.

Based on my experienced on my Aplle iPhone 3G, it is a lot faster compared to the Apple iPhone 2G when it comes to surfing the internet. I bought it as slightly used from my friend because i cannot afford to buy it as brand new. Based on case designs from China, the new model, up top, would be significantly smaller and cheaper. However, the suggestion is it wouldn’t play nice with the App Store, surely something Apple wouldn’t consider.

Plus, there are plenty of excellent games and applications available at the Apple App Store. Plus the phone could be the model for future advanced phones such as real time video phones seen in science fiction movies. Maybe not soon, but evehtually.
